Seaquins Ballroom is the answer to finding an affordable, elegant, and completely customizable venue for your wedding, event, or reception. They are conveniently located in close proximity to popular Hilton Head Island, Savannah, and Beaufort.

Shortly after opening, the owner contacted Tucker Marketing Group for recommendations on how to get more reservations for weddings and receptions. Our marketing evaluation revealed a poor online presence and inconsistent messaging as many of their inquiries were for ballroom dance lessons, not facility rentals. Our team quickly went to work to make Seaquins Ballroom a top wedding venue in the area.

Transforming a Wedding Venue into a Timeless Celebration Space

With an understanding of the demographic and ideal customer, we jump-started marketing by running targeted Facebook ads. This resulted in over 100 bookings and increased the Seaquins’ Facebook page by 4,000 followers.

Our team also designed a new engaging website to showcase the unique features and floorplans offered at Seaquins Ballroom. To encourage prospective customers to inquire about rentals, we created a helpful wedding resource guide available as a free download on the website. This “lead magnet” still continues to provide a strong source of reservations for Seaquins today.
